Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I having premises in possession where I have no any documents.

Owner wants to develop this old premises and offered me 125% area in new premises.

The developer is also third party.

Give me copy of tri party agreement for redevelopment.

I have to give them vacant possession and they offered me rent for that also.

I want new space in ground floor in new premises.
