Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am Priya, working in Mumbai. My native is Salem in Tamil Nadu. Recently my father have registered his home in my name. I would like to change the ownership to my sister baby's name who is 8 years old. Can anybody suggest, is it possible to change the ownership from my name to my sister's baby name. I mean after my death the home and the properties should go to my sister's baby. Will there be any legal issues becos I am married women and living with husband but want to give property to sisters baby.

You can execute a will in favour of your sister baby with regard to your property and get your husband as a witness to the will.

you may execute the gift deed in the name of minor child with her mother as a guardian till the baby attains majority.
