Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My problem is, my father being drunkard signed on stamp paper for one person for 140 sqryds land for 2lakhs.But the property is my grandfathers.Can i register the property on my name with my grand mother now. Is there any chance for that person to get an injunction order with that stamp paper for not getting registered. Land is not yet registered for that person. I am having all the documents on my grandfathers name. Can you please suggest me a way to handle this? Kumar

2) Yes and No but he can certainly file a FIR against your father for cheating
