problem in house sale

sir,

my close relative got a sale agreement now for 6months in respect of sale of her house. immediately after the sale agreement she proceeded to release her document which is in vain. so she requested the buyer to get back the money but the party is refusing to get back the money what can she do

You have not stated the facts clearly. Please re-write your question with clear facts. some defects are pointed out as follows :

(a) The phrase : "she proceeded to release her document which is in vain" does not make any sense?

(b) similarly, you wrote "she requested the buyer to get back the money"?

It is not clear what you want to say.

If she is the seller and has received some advance, return of money will depend upon the term of agreement.

she would have to file a suit for recovery of the earnest money "bayana" and in case she fails to do so, the buyer would forfeit the amount. you may give me further details at 9811284735.....

What is meant by release of documents?

Generally, one need to abide by the terms of the contract. Else, other party may take legal action.
