Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my problem is that society maintance is due for last 5 years.no any other members paid that.our society is not registered.
our flat is my husbund's name and we have conflict between us .i applied for mantaince in the court from my husbund and he left house from last 3 months.
member ask me to pay the dues within 15 days which is RS.85000 as they are also paying.
member says if we will not pay BMC will send notice and will cut power and water line too; is it true legaly?
i dont have that much mony right now what will be the option?
what should i do now?
