Problem transfer of property

mr.walipeer and his brothers mr.shanu, mr,vazeer, and mr.arif are in joint possession of the ancestral property of the sattar sab to the extent of 2 acers dry land situated at survey no.501 chillamatur village. Hungund taluk, bagalkot district karnataka, whic is the self acquired property 12 years back their father late satar sab died and there after all the four brother namely mr.walipeer, mr.shanu. mr.vazeer, and mr. arif are enjoying the property jointly the revenue records are in the name of late satar sab.

one mr. g.mohammad files an original suit in the junior division court with regarding the specific performance of contract based on the agreement to sell document entered by Mr.Arif dated 15/3/2005 to the extent of 1/2 acer dry land situated at survey no.501 of chillamatur village , hungund taluk, bagalkot district karnataka which is categorically denied. While filing the orignal suit the the cout fees was paid according to the value in consideration of the agreement to sell which shows that the they have agreed to sell the property for rs. 17500/- where as the the market value of the land at the time of filing the suit is rs. 250000/- the document on which me. g. mohammad relays is an unregistered hand written docume
