What is the process to buy a Propety from a Widow who is having a 34 yrs old mentlly retarted son?
The property is in her husbands name, and the legear hier are both mother and son.

i have no idea why you repeated the question. Mother has to get guardianship certificate for mentally retarded son from the District Judge. and then Mother alone on the basis of such certificate may sell the property
