what is prodisure of divide of property of Grand Father who has two wifes. from first wife he got one son and from second wife he got two son (one is mental) & two daughters. grand father, grand mother, father & one uncle not alive. only 1 uncle (mental) & 2 Aunts are alive. is the property divided 50:50 in both wifes or equally in all childerns of grand father. is same share of property divide in mental uncle also. please answer. thanks

as the property is ancestral, all the legal heirs mentioned above, sane or insane, have an equal share. even unborn child has his or her share.
