Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sub : prooperty tax.
Dear sir,
I applied withh all documents for changing the name of property tax in to my name from the builder last year and the muciplality office was given receipt of the same and assurred the officer that next bill will be in your name, but it was not. In this regrads how to proceed further. kindly advise

Go back to the municipality office and speak to the concerned officer and ask him ,why your name is not their. I am sure he will answer your query and satisfy you.
