can a registered irrevocable gift settlement deed can be cancelled by the donor after 2 yearsby way of registering a cancellation deed saying due to unavaoidable reasons he cancels that.... what the effects of such cancellation.

The settlee who acted upon such settlmenet can re-settle the property in favour of hisminor daughter now ....

if we need to get legal remedy, what sort of declaration should we file before civil court and the cost of that exps
