Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Property Agreement
We are three partners and booked a property. As i joined latter in partnership, my name in not reflected in a allotment letter issued by a builder. what type of legal formality i have to do for become a valid partner? Because only the allotment letter is one & only proof of the above property. We are not going for registration and stamp duty.

Dear Sir,
You havenot specified whether your firm is a registered partnership firm or not. if it is registered partnershi firm and you are on record as partner then you need not to worry

Re: Property Agreement
It seems that property stands in the name of partnership firm, hence, there is nothing to worry since you are partner of the firm.
