In andhra pradesh, say govt. has alloted certain land for certain specifc purpose by taking valid consideration after issuing G.O, can that party or company use excess land for some other purpose. where can find standing orders or conditions if any.

You need to study the terms of grant with relevant directives issued by the Govt in that behalf from time to time.
