We have a property by the name of me & my brother according to me my brother is not mentally fit, can i still sell that property he is not willing to sign it as he suspicious about everything, i am willing to give half money to him

Dear Sir / Madam,

As joint owners of the property, both the signatures are required to sell it. If your brother is unwilling to sign the sale deed, he may not be keen to sell the property.
