we are three brother and sisters. we are all married. our mom dead in the year 2003. after few years my father got second marriage. my stepmother doesnot have any child from her previous husband or from my father.now the question is that whether our stepmother has any right in the property or in the wealth which has earned by me or my father or my grandfather

Your step mother may be one of the Class I heirs of your father as per the Hindu Succession Act. Therefore, she may be entitled to inherit, alongwith other legal heirs, the property which may fall to the share of your father.
