What is our right on the property? in three brothers & one sister family . Father & mother have died without will & Two sons also died & have their wives & children. Two brothers constructed their houses on first & second floor.One family is staying on their portion. One brother is setteled in USA & other's wife & son are living seperately for ten years.Who will pay property tax & other obligation

All three brothers and sisters are equally entitled to the share in the property. son who has died his wife and children will get one share (1/4) collectively. Property tax has to be paid on the basis of use.
