Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

property was brought by my father in name of my grandfather....father passed away few years back ...now grandfather is not willing to give ownership to me....also my cousin is also claiming the property to which he has no right but he has been given authority by grandfather to live with me.....please help

you need to prove that the property was bought out of the funds earned by your father and was purchased in the name of your grand mother. in case you are able to prove that it is a self acquired property of your father, you may claim the same.
