I had done agreement before one year.agreement was expiry date.24/06/2008.but property sold 10/01/2008 before agreement expiry date by agreement holder.Purchaser living in this property after purchased which purchased 10/01/2008.please suggest me,what I do

Depending upon the contents of your agreement, you may need to take appropriate legal steps - may be civil suit as well as a criminal complaint. You may better consult a local lawyer alongwith your documents to pursue your remedies.
