Child (female) of seperated parents have any rights to the fathers property,
Seperation is not legal.

She is legal heir of both the parents and her right does not effect in any manner by the status of parents.She has every right in the property of father.

In self acquired property, no right by birth. She will be class I heir, whether her parents separated or not or whether such separation was legal or not. As Class I heir, she can inherit self acquired properties of her father, if he dies intestate.

If the father is not alive. Child can claim child support/maintenance
