property in New Delhi

I live in canada, sister in california, sister in New Delhi. # owners. But The sister in New Delhi does all maintainence and does not include sisters abroad. The position of sisters abroad who are indian citizens?This house was left by mother 2years and 4 months ago

all the sisters including you are the legal heirs of the house left by the mother of you all. it is advisable to file a suit for partition and with that seek a stay against the property otherwise the sister in possession may sell the property by disclosing herself to be the sole legal heir. you need to act fast before its too late...i.e. the property is sold off. then you would have to implead the new owner as well in the array of parties and that would multiply the litigation.
