Property dispute
My grandmother was having a plot of 2000 sq.ft on which 6 old houses were existing. My grandmother was having 2 sons (including my father)and 3 daughters.Out of 6 houses 2 houses are in possession of my father and uncle.1 is in possesion of my aunt who has died now and his son is living now. Other 3 houses are in our possesion after legal setteling with tenants which were living on lease for 25 yrs.We have settlenet papars showing money paid to them.My father has been paying all municipal taxes and water taxes for last 30 yrs for 5 houses. My grandparents were living with my father. On her will papar my grandomother have distributed 2000 sq, land into 3 parts. One for my father and one for uncle.Remaining for self. Now my all three aunts are demanding their equal share in plot. Also my aunts son who is possesing one house on that land,is not ready to leave that.though all taxes are being paid by my father. How my father can settlle this issue as he wants to build a house now.Can we lodge a case against my aunts son for forcefull adoption of our house?
he is having another house owend by him which he is not using for self.
Also advice how much share my 3 aunts are able to claim.(one is died)
