Property disputes
My grandfather willed his property to my father, who is only son. A small portion of the property was given to my eldest brother and a degree was issued. Another portion of the property was alotted to my three younger brothers, But it remained in my father's supervision because my younger brothers were all minors. It was turned into H.U.F with my father THE KARTA. Now it has been vacated and ready for collaboration. but my brothers have refused to give us any share. We are four sisters. I just want to know whether I have any legal right to the said property or not

Property can not be presumed to be HUF property.

However, if there is not Will of your father, all his sons, daughters, widow and mother will be entitled to equal shares.

Yes of there is not any WILL being made then all the daughters, sons, mother, widow will have right of equal shares on the property.
