my father has a prorperty in ghaziabad if he gift that property to one of his daughter. is there any fee or charges for that

Gift of Immovable property valued more than Rs.100/- is required to be effected by registered deed.

Stamp Duty and Registration Charges are applicable to such Gift Deed.
