Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi, there is a property of my father , my father have 3 sons & 2 daughters , my father make a will ,in the will he right down that , my both daughter are well in her house & when my sons are agree then they sell the property .
now my question is that me & my elder sister have any share of our father property .?

If property is self-acquired and will is genuine, you/ your elder sister do not have a share.
