Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I own a property in ghatkopar. My brother is staying there for past 40 yrs. As the property is going for redevelopment, my brother is staying with his two sons in new Mumbai. Have I to cover him in this property legally?

Yes, if he is living for the last forty years, he has a vested right accrued in his favour.
