Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Property was on the name of my Grandfather. After his death, my father and uncle inherited an undivided equal half share in a property. Now my Uncle has entered into agreement of sale without legal consent from my father. My father took care of the property for the last 20years and bore expenses for the same. It is also mentioned on legal paper that whoever has incurred expenses in maintaining property should be returned his dues. Could you please help us by telling how should we stop my Uncle from selling undivided share? Can Pre emption suit can be filed? How should be proceed with preemption suit.

We have recently just published a notice in local news paper that the said Title isnt clear for sale

Thanks in advance

If a pre-emption suit is maintainable, you may file the same.
