Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I own a property in joint ownership , my brother is the first holder & I am the second owner . We , both want to nominate our wives , in case of our death for our equal 50% - 50 % share in the said property . How do we do it ? This property is in mumbai.
Can we file our respective nominations on 2 different nomination forms since there is no provision for the same on 1 form.
