Society purchased a land on basis of agreement signed on letter head of society, paid the amount of property. But at the time of possession society had only two three proofs of submitting amount and not all the receipts of payment were there. How one can get the possession and ownership of property, is it necessary that property purchase agreement should be on non-judicial stamp paper.

The vendee may be conferred full rights over the property only when sale deed is registered and possession delivered after payment of full consideration amount to the vendor.

By filing suit for specific performance in the court.
