Property matter
A property was leased (patta) in named of my forefathers during 1952 and still it is in my father's and his cousin name and other part before my father, but during the village survey in 2003 one other part of my fore fathers family tree i.e his brother's family descedent had filed a case in district deewani and but before that counciliation officer of survey had passed the matter in our favour and what is the base and what can be predict in value and favour of matter, more about that other property was in my forefather's name but due to oral statement given by my forefather in year 1973 that all other property one by two in favor of other part for these there was nothing happened and mentioned on that base and bellonging same family tree one of desdedent objected it is in our possession what can we should do what is merit value .
The property is in India in state of Uttar Pradesh in district of pratapgarh and which act and laws will apply how much will effect it.
