property

my mother and father were co-owners of a flat.

father expired.

my married sister now wants to grab the flat in convinnace of my mother.

they want me to sign an indemnity bond transferring all my rights in favor of my mother.

how do i protect my rights on the flat?? what should i do?

Its better you approach to the court of law but do not sign any kinds of documents.

you have wrongly mentioned Indemnity bond. They want you to execute relinquishment deed. Do not execute that n you are safe.

Nobody can make compulsion to sign documents against his/her wish.

Since you have not signed anything yet, question of protection of right is irrelevant.
