Property Nomination

If my father in law before his death had made his property on the name of his elder son does other two son have any right to claim for the same property after the death of father without any will ?

If property is self earn then he can give to any of his son. if ansestral, then not only brohters but also your wife can challange her right.

No, if the property was made in the name of one son, he may be absolute owner of the same.
