Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
property nomination is there but since 7th month not transfer on my name all the original sale deed,and share certificate is with me ,i locked the property since 7th month.Can i take the loan on that property?

The bank will only grant you a loan, if and only if the property is in your name.
