property ownership

my dad died last month,me and my

mother stay at home.my grand ma

means my dads mother still

alive.and my uncles r going to make

survival certifice of grand ma.my

dad was an government service

holder.so if my grand mas survival

done is she be a part of my dads

own property or after her death is

my fathers brothers claim for my

grand mas part?

yea, being a class one heir, she is entitled to her sons (Your father) properties in equal share i.e mother , widow, sons and daughters will inherit in equal share, if your father ( Her son) deied intestae. i.e without any will etc. she may use or dispose the proeprty in the same way as if she is the owner of the same.

yes, after her death, yours uncle can become the owner of her properties in equal share or she can bequathe the proeprty in favor of any person or persons by will.

Yes your grandma has equal share but after her death all of you and your uncle have 50-50 Share in her property or as per her will.
