One person ''A'' purchase a stamp paper at 1999 for registered a sale deed in his name thenafter he has not purchase property and the this stamp paper use other two person ''B'' and ''C'' and registred a sale deed at 1999 and clear this document in registrar office in year 2004. This is velid/Legal Document as per stamp act/registration act or any law.

Check provisions of stamp act as applicable to your State, as every state has its own stamp act.

in case the stamp papers were purchased regarding other property, they ought to have been canceled instead of using them for some other property. the next sale deed can be challenged.
