Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Property

I plan to sell my property acquired through will at Ahmedabad. I would be registering the sale at the Registrar's Office at Ahmedabad after the due legal procedures. I would like to know if the buyer or a third party can reverse the transaction or claim the amount received by me after the sale deed is registered. If yes, is there a time limit (time bar) by which somebody can put a claim in a court of law?

Re: Property

For knowing period of limitation, you need to know or assume the nature/kind of suit, which has not been specified by you as far as third parties are concerned. In case of purchaser or buyer of property, he can file a suit within 3 years from the date of sale deed. The maximum period of limitation is perscribed for mortgage which is about 30 years.
