I am planning to a property in Navi Mumbai. But I have heard that that ''GOANTHAN'' (pronounced as GA-O-THAN''). I heard that these property are not CIDCO. So is it safe to buy these property. Please advice.

Though, generally speaking, your point appear valid. However, you need to cross check every aspect before buying a property.

You should go for a "title verification" and obtain a "search report" from an Advocate in your area before buying any property from any individual.
