one porpety in H.U.F name then he died, his legal heirs is owner of this property? this property name of legal heirs H.U.F or personal name of legal heirs?

On the death one member of HUF, the deceased's share will devolve upon his legal heirs in accordance with the law of inheritance.

You mean to say the Karta of the HUF died so any one of the legal heirs shall become karta of such HUF property.

Else, as per the concept of notional partition on death of Karta.
