What is the legal validity of banakhat on 100 rs stamp with court fees and notorised by notary. Is it valid legal documents.

I understand that the word 'banakhat' you used means an "agreement to sell". If that be so, it is a valid document, enforceabl in law if the attending conditions like capacity of parties to contract, valid consideration, etc. are fulfilled.
