Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

property

I had purchased a flat in 2002 By Agreement for Sale and finance through hsg finance. The land owner has given power of attorney to builder for construction and sale of flats. I had made Agreement for sale instead of Sale deed. Now the land owner is dead. If I want to go for sale deed or for forming the hsg society,although the land owner is dead, what legal formalities i should do?

Explore legal heirs of deceased land owner. Failing that, approach Court.

Hire any effiecient lawyer he can do it for you else you may lose your property. Coz it can be done only with mutual concent of deceased legal hairs or by filing a case only.
