Name on the Property

I purchased one flat in pune fully with my money. We made agreement in name of myself primary and my Father as secondary. In future when my father is no more will my brother and sister stake their claim, Even if it was wholly brought by my money.

Yes,they shall be entitled to share in the half portion of the property along with you which belong to your father.

One need to look into the terms of agreement.

Under Transfer of Property Act, your father was a co-owner and his share would devolve upon his heirs either in accordance with Will or by succession according to personal law by which he was governed.

As per the Transfer of Property Act your father is the co-owner so his share would transfer to his legal heirs or in accordance with the Will.

Your agreement has to be reviewed.
