Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
The Property purchased by Mr.X - a hindu. After his demise in 1970 the lands were orally partitioned between the four brothers and nothing was given to sisters. The Partition was recorded by mutation entry made in 1971. Not a single siser out of 3 objected within their life-time. Now on death of one sister - her daughter is claiming share in property.
