property registration

My parents registered some property on my name as a gift(under gift property registration or something) last year. Can they cancel the registration process and take back the registered properties back without my consent?

It depands on the nature of document but yes they can cancel it anytime.

Yes, they can seek cancellation of the deed without your consent if a fraud has been played upon them.

Consents are immaterial if fraud has been played. Deed can be got cancelled by Civil Court if executed by fraud.
