want to know about property rights for a married women n his sun from her inlaws,incase husband n her inlaws demand for dowry,physically n mental harras n what 2 do 2 protect herself n child n property acquired by the inlaws is personal.kindly suggest,husband himself is an advocate

husband may dispose his self acquired property in any manner he desires, whether before divorce or after divorce.

However, son may seek share in ancestral property if any.
