property sale-regisration.
i have registered sale/purchase deed with a developer in1993.all 12 flats in the bldg. are occupied. but coop society/appmnt association is not yet taken place for some unknown reason.the ppty card stll shows name of LANDLADY; who is also a occupier of 2 flats. now i am in hurry to sale my flat . will i be able to do it directly or reqire developer's &/or land lady's noc/confirmation during regisration?

That depends on terms of your agreement and practice in your area.

Hello.
You may apply to the City Survey Office of your Zone to get your name entered in the records of the property card.
You should issue a letter to the Chairman of the Society and let him know about transfer of ownership of the same issue.
