There is a divorce case going on between my sister and her husband, my sister is staying in diff location now I came to know that his husband is selling his flat in which both of them were staying, how can i stop him

Your sister may file a suit restraining him to sell his assets during pendency of the dispute. She may also be entitled to file a complaint under DVA and seek possession of the flat for her residence.

Aggrieved person may seek injunctive orders under section 9 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Section 9:---

Section 9 (Chapter 9) Duties of shelter homes.

9. Duties of shelter homes.-If an aggrieved person or on her behalf a Protection Officer or a service provider requests the person in charge of a shelter home to provide shelter to her, such person in charge of the shelter home shall provide shelter to the aggrieved person in the shelter home.
