property

The stamp paper purchase in society name at 1995 and other two person (Purchaser and Vendor) who are not a member of society registred a sale deed in their induvisul name on this stamp paper at 1996 and the sub-registrar clear this sale deed, but this is proper/velid sale deed as per stamp act/property act/any othe act. (question for Gujarat State)

Sub registrar can register anything as an act of registering it.I hope if the society contend in the court the registration would get cancelled.
