Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
the property which i am talking about was originally belonged to my ancestors but in recent years it was given as gift deed to my father through his borthers and sisters.the property is in his name now so can i have a stake in the property as i am now above 18 .do i have right over the property can i stop my father and brother from selling this property.

Check terms of Gift. If the gift is for and on behalf of family or HUF, then you may have a share.
