Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Property Transfer

Our ancestral property in the name of our fathers(3 briothers),we wish to transfer on 3 heirs name.We have made a affidavit signed by all 3 of us.We have filled a form(called Varas) to be submitted to the muncipality in only 1 name and signed by only 1 member. Is this correct? Also does the affidavit need to be initialed on all pages by all persons mentioned there?

Does all three names and signatures need to come on the Varas form.

I fail to understand your query, it is too evasive and lack all material facts. You are requested either to reframe the question or contact me personally.

Just to give you brief outline, the law is that in ancestral property as soon as a child is born, he becomes the co-owner along with others, so getting the name in official register is just a formality.

Re: Property Transfer

Your querry lacks in material particulars and further it is also not clear what you want. Why the affidavit was made and why submitted to muncipality.what is the purpose of filling Varsa. State the nature of the property, where it is situated and what u wish to do. An affidavit is signed by only one person.
