property transfer

my mother being one of the three sisters has a portion of the house inhereted by her mother from her father-in-law.(khata in her name)now my brother wants to build a house in that portion.to avail loan does he have to get the property changed to his name?if yes ,how is this to be done.my brother has us two married sisters.

He is required to get no objection from your mother to built up the house.your brother and mother can also enter for MOU for said purpose.In case of need contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.
