Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A property is to be transferred in the name of the wife(not widow) of one of the legal heirs by all the legal heirs. it is a conveyance of the property and stamp duty of 3% is to be paid. Can in any way stamp duty of 3 % can be avoided.
