Property in Uncle's name

There is a house in my Uncles (my father's sister's husband)name, nominee being my brother. Will he be the obsolute owner after my Uncles death, as my brother is the nominee.

yes ,but one important thing is is your uncle/aunt issue less and whether your uncle property is self-acquired or ancestral.

Secondly, what is the lineal desecendancy from your uncle's side.

In most of the cases, nominee is merely a trustee of deceased.

No, the nominee does not become owner of the property; he remains only a trustee for the real owners. After your uncle's death, all his legal heirs will inherit the property.
